House Rules

• ✓No smoking is permitted on the property.
• ✓No events are permitted.
• ✓Pet size and breed must be shared in order for host to approve pet.
• ✓Guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement, this will be sent out closer to your trip date. A sample is available upon request.
• ✓Golf Cart Rules & Requirements:
• ✓Licensed Drivers Only: All drivers must be 16+ with a valid license (strictly enforced).
• ✓Compliance: Must follow all FIPOA regulations: Stay on paved roads, obey speed limits, and no underage drivers (even with an adult).
• ✓Responsibility: Guests are 100% responsible for any FIPOA citations, towing fees, or damages.
• ✓Waiver: A signed liability waiver and photo of ID are required before the key code is provided.
• ✓Forfeiture: Any safety violation (reckless driving, DUI, underage operation) results in immediate loss of cart use without a refund.
• ✓Age Requirement & Identification:
• ✓Minimum Age: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old.
• ✓Primary Guest Presence: The individual who books the stay must be present at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.
• ✓Verification: We reserve the right to request a government-issued photo ID at check-in to verify that the primary guest meets our age requirement and matches the reservation details.
• ✓No Third-Party Bookings: Booking on behalf of another person who does not meet the age requirement or who will not be present is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
• ✓Renter is required to sign our rental agreement which will be sent separately after booking the property.
